Acceptance of these terms and conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the i2malaysia platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the i2malaysia platform, including guests browsing without an account, registered users, and users accessing our mobile app. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The i2malaysia platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. i2malaysia reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of not meeting this requirement.
Account creation, security, and user responsibilities
Registration and account information
To access the full range of i2malaysia services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
Password and account security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. i2malaysia will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately and change your password.
User responsibilities when using the platform
- Not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent.
- Not to share your account with other users or allow third parties to access your account.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using this service.
Payment information, deposits, and withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the i2malaysia platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept deposits via approved local payment methods, including internet banking, e-wallets, and other methods listed in the platform's payment section. The list of available methods is subject to change and will be updated from time to time.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on your chosen payment method and account tier. Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each method. i2malaysia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the account section. i2malaysia reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified method registered under the account holder's name. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will not be processed.
Prohibited transactions
I2malaysia reserves the right to investigate and place a hold on transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. In such cases, the relevant account may be frozen while the investigation is ongoing. i2malaysia will cooperate with the relevant authorities where required by law.
Platform usage rules, liability limits, and account policies
Permitted use of the platform
The i2malaysia platform is provided solely for legitimate entertainment and betting purposes. Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for fraud, market manipulation, or any activity intended to harm the platform or other users. i2malaysia reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
I2malaysia is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or inaccurate information caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted at all times. i2malaysia's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in the relevant account at the time of the incident.
Account suspension and closure
I2malaysia reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or on reasonable security grounds. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not eligible to register a new account. Any legitimate remaining balance in an account closed for technical reasons or reasons unrelated to a breach will be returned in accordance with the procedures set out.
Intellectual property, third-party links, and changes to terms
Intellectual property
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on the i2malaysia platform are the exclusive property of i2malaysia or its respective licensors. I2malaysia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the i2malaysia platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
